- Can I order a singel color from the collection ?
The individual colors have separate article numbers and can be ordered separately.
- Why should I buy complete collections?
The advantage of a complete collection, is a savings of about 10% on price, compared to the price of single item, naturally the sellection and color veriaety for the clients is larger.
- What is assorted?
Assorted means that the item can be ordered only assorted (usually 3 or 6 pieces).
- Can I order a single color when assorted?
The individual colors can not be ordered separately.

The color choice you will receive, offers a great choice for the different tastes of your customers.
- What is the meaning of quantity based price by assortments?
The advantage of a quantity based prices is: the larger the quantity is, the better the price.
- What does a set means?
A set is a sort of articles, of the same item several times or the same item in different colors.
- What is the difference between set and assortment?
By assortment the price is per PC. And by Set the price is per Set for the total Piece quantity in a Set.
- Can I order a single piece in a set?
Single items from a set can not be ordered separately.

The advantage of a quantity based prices is: that the larger the quantitay is the better the price.
- Why I can not see prices?
This shop is only for
wholesale and retailers.
If you have registered in our shop, and sent your business registration, we will activate your account, then you will be able to see all products with prices.
- What happens if an item is out of stock?
When the item is in our current collection, our system would set it automatically as a back order. In Germany and Austria you will get it in most cases, as soon as possible, freight free.
If the product is a “Sale “ item, then the product is sold out, and would not be delivered, naturally we would inform the client.
- Can I still order something in addition to my “back order”?
Gladly, for back orders, you can always add other items.
- What should I do if I have a complaint or damaged product?
If, despite careful control, there is any shortage or other damage, please contact us (by phone, fax or email).
- Should I send damaged items back?
Complaints and Damages have different solutions. Please always contact us and never simply return the goods to us without confirmation.
